8:30 AM - 10:00 AM | Introduction to Notion for Research | John will share how to maximize use of Notion in research workflow. |
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Fireside chat with Gladys Completo | Topics: Techniques in research. |

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Lunch Break | Lunch is served. Participants are encouraged to network and discuss their projects. |
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Hackathon | Teams start brainstorming and developing their projects. Mentors are available for guidance. |
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM | Hackathon Continues - Experimentation and Finalization | Teams continue to work on their projects, finalizing their presentations. |
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM | Project Presentations | Each team presents their project to the judges and other participants. |
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM | Judging and Deliberation | Judges deliberate based on the presentations. Participants can enjoy refreshments during this time. |
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM | Awards Ceremony and Closing Remarks | Winners are announced, and prizes are distributed. Closing remarks to end the day. |
